You can't find a boat with a cabin close to this price! I have a 22' 1958 Catalina Cruiser for sale. It sleeps two in the V-birth, one on the deck. Bimini top, CD stereo, electric fridge, new battery, automatic bilge pump this year. Seperate head area has porta potti. It is currently powered by a mid 90s 25hp evinrude outboard, which runs perfect! Boat runs about 12 knots which gets you out on the water fine, but cost very little to operate! I have done alot to this boat including gutting the interior of the cabin to the hull, and replacing the stringers, bulk head, etc... New head liner and more! Boat needs cosmetic work done yet, but is very fuctional and is great for romantic nights on the water! I have owned this boat since Feb 2007 and it has never taken on a drop of water! The hull is fiberglass. Transferable slip at International Harbor Marina in Friendsville, TN. is only $95.00 a month! Can't beat that anywhere!!! I am selling so I can get a runabout to pull kids on tube, and fish other lakes. Trailer not included, but my friend has one for $900.00 that I use to haul it.
